The association Connact was founded in 2008, aiming to foster and make known art and culture projects from contexts where conflict and injustice prevails - and thus contribute to peace promotion and intercultural understanding. In the beginning, Connact focused on the elaboration of the project „Living in war: views from within“. The project was put on hold, mainly due to the financial crisis, and wasn’t revived. Since 2012, Connact has been working on various projects, both in Switzerland and abroad. Please check out the projects section for more information.
